What changes, if any, has this film made in how you think about print and graphic design?
Prior to taking this class and watching this film, I never thought about fonts beyond brand identity. I didn't realize how fonts can evoke certain feelings and I never considered how much time and effort goes into creating a new typeface. I have a lot more respect for random everyday signs now-- realizing they are not be so random after all.

About the Concept:
Pleasure Point Pantry is a prospective local business that sells gourmet pastries, sandwiches, and other lunch items, that are made from organic ingredients. I chose imagery that either reflected the laid back Pleasure Point beach aesthetic, imagery that promoted a healthy eating lifestyle (the carrots and sandwich), or a cute pastry to entice customers. I wanted to use earth tone colors or varying shades of blue to evoke feelings of nature and natural ingredients.
